Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Disposable or opened hygiene products (e.g., dog diapers) are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return
Contact us at hughtan93@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior approval.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
